Kimberly Carter has been recognized with Citizens Bank's highest honor.

Coventry resident Kimberly Carter, a Vice President at Citizens Bank, has been recognized with a Chairman’s Good Banking Award, the highest honor that RBS Citizens Financial Group awards to its colleagues. The Good Banking Awards are part of the bank’s commitment to recognizing colleagues for excellence in areas like customer service and involvement in local communities.

Chairman’s Good Banking Award recipients are nominated by the bank’s executive leadership and receive their awards directly from RBS Citizens Financial Group Chairman and CEO Ellen Alemany.

“Our colleagues’ dedication to serving our customers and the communities in which we do business is at the heart of who we are as a company,” said. “The Good Banking Awards program recognizes the commitment and passion that are the hallmark of our credo and our company. We congratulate Kimberly on receiving this recognition and thank  for helping us deliver great banking services to our customers.”

A hallmark of the program is the connection it makes between every functional group at the bank and the quality of the banking services and experiences provided for its personal banking, small business and corporate customers.
