Consignworks.com has announced it is holding an estate sale at Curt Schilling’s residence in Medfield this weekend. And while the bloody sock isn’t for sale, everything from home furnishings to decor, and a number of specialty items are on the list.
Schilling lost a large chunk of his personal fortune when his video game company 38 Studios famously failed last year. The Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation lost $75 million in taxpayers' money on the company after it had guaranteed loans for the company in that amount.

The sale is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 12 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will be held indoors, regardless of the weather, at the former Red Sox pitcher's residence, 7 Woodridge Road in Medfield.
There are a variety of items for sale from the seven-bedroom, 8,000 square foot home including: a cement entry table, china cabinet, a large, custom 13-foot dining room table with 10 chairs, Tiffany and Waterford crystal piece, lamps, you name it.

The sale also includes specialty items including a Craftsman tractor called “The Ice Mower,” a Hummer golf cart, baseball glove chair, a billiard table, a Kohler & Campbell baby grand piano and a retro Coca Cola machine.
