According to a notice from the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT), Barbs Hill Road, just north of Potter Road in Coventry, will be closed for bridge work, Thursday (Aug. 8) and Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Motorists are asked to follow the detour via Plains Woods Road to Moosup Valley Road and Potter Road.
