Excellent as usual! Our Town employees are one of the finest in the Valley. And no, I'm not bragging because my son works for the Town. Long before that I've always had the upmost respect for our DPW workers. Stay safe out there guys!!!!

The Coventry plows were pretty good down here on Seneca st. But were stingy with the sand and salt earlier in the day. They also need to focus on keeping the driving area as wide as possible, as it becomes an impassible one lane road very quickly, with subsequent snowfall. Up at the corner of Elton and Mead Streets, the plow leaves too much snow as they cut the left turn too soon. What this does, is makes it impossible for people in cars making the left turn onto Mead, to see down Elton Street to look for oncoming cars. It is very dangerous. The town needs to do a lot of tree trimming near telephone wires and over the streets in this entire neighborhood. This has been neglected for quite a few years.

Missed a day of work because the street did not get plowed until 11:30 am. More passes needs to be more since 4 feet of snow remains on each side of the road.

as much as I appreciate what these guys have done...I also know that 2 years ago I paid to have my stonewall repaired.220.00..after living here 5 years....THEY HIT IT...I called them up...they fixed it.....next storm....DECIMATED it to the point the rocks were in my neighbors yard....called them again...they told me they would not repair it....AND that I should move the wall back.if they moved the wall, they wanted the rocks.......WHAT I have lived here 7 years...and the year I pay to get the wall done you hit it....and the next 2 years you hit it...I don't fix it...and it didn't get hit...and I did put up markers after the first time...AND still they hit it!.....SO....I am just happy they did not hit the wall AGAIN! but my front yard still looks like crap because I won't fix it for them to hit again!

missed work???? It was a small snow storm. My wife drove to work from the western end of town in a Honda Civic and didn't have any problems......

A good job as usual, except Viola seems to be forgotten til later in the day. Laforge St is done first for the school and then Centennial Street but sometimes Viola Street gets skipped til later. I know it is a couple of cul de sacs and takes time but an early pass would be nice.

Great Job as usual! Over the years Coventry Snow Plow Crew has cleared the roads better than any town or city I've driven in within RI. I drove for FedEx for 30 years all over the State.

I heard a rumor that VespaDude8262 was out shoveling show for handicapped and elderly people during his copious free time. Good for you, VespaDude8262. A Tip of My Hat to You. Best part is we got a reprieve from you spewing your hatred and crap on-line.

Cadre I appreciate your recommendations of shovels and there is such a variety to choose from. The entire neighborhood was done very late so there was no way people in general were going anywhere in my area. Feel free to come on over with one of those shovels you suggested I am sure some of the senior citizens in my area would have appreciated it.

I think they did a great job! Appreciate them doing the best they can.

Our street was nicely plowed as usual but inconsiderate neighbors with their snow blowers made the road unsafe. I had my driveway plowed and he did a wonderful job making sure that NO snow ended in the street but it seems that those with snow blowers need to learn how to use them and not send the snow into the street. They should be fined!
