1.) Blood Pressure Clinic

Where/When: (50 Wood St.); Friday, 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Why Go: The Coventry Senior Center will hold a free blood pressure clinic today that is sponsored by Central Coventry Rescue.

2.) RI Cal Ripken Night

Where/When: McCoy Stadium (1 Columbus Ave., Pawtucket); Saturday, 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Why Go: Players and coaches from the Coventry Cal Ripken Baseball League and other CR leagues in RI will march in their uniforms onto the field for pre-game ceremonies before watching the Pawsox take on the Columbus Clippers.

Pricing: $7/person

3.) Fundraising Yard Sale

Where/When: parking lot (719 Tiogue Ave.); Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Why Go: A yard sale to benefit Hasbro Children's Hospital will be held today. Come see what treasures you can find while helping a great cause at the same time!

Pricing: Free admission

4.) Troop 593 Yard Sale

Where/When: ; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Why Go: Girl Scout Troop 593 of Coventry will hold a Yard Sale today to raise money for a trip to Washington, DC for the Girl Scouts 100th Anniversary Celebration.

Pricing: Free admission

Where/When: Hope Landing (15 Hope Furnace Rd.); Saturday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Why Go: Join Adventure Zone on Saturday for an Open House and Meet & Greet Paddle Event at Hope Landing on the Upper Pawtuxet River (Route 116 to 15 Hope Furnace Rd. Look for the brown sign: Fishing Area.) RSVP for this event on the Adventure Zone's on Contact Us page if you plan on attending.

6.) Line Dancing

Where/When: Coventry-West Greenwich Elks Lodge ; Sunday, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
