Where/When: Greene Public Library; Fridays, 10-10:30 a.m.

Why Go: The Greene Public Library hosts a Friday morning program each week beginning for 1 to 3-year-olds accompanied by a parent or caregiver. The activity features songs, movement and a story. Please call the library at 397-3873 to register.

2.) Greene Library LEGO Club

Where/When: Greene Public Library (179 Hopkins Hollow Rd., Greene); Saturday, 10-11 a.m.

Why Go: Children in grades 1-5 are invited to bring their imagination to the Library's LEGO Club! No registration necessary.

3.) 2013 St. Patrick's Day Parade

Where/When: Parade route starts at Iannotti Funeral Home (415 Washington St.); Sunday, 1 p.m.

Why Go: Put on your green attire, grab friends and family and find a roadside spot to enjoy Coventry's favorite St. Patty's Day tradition! The parade will kick off at 1 p.m. from the Iannotti Funeral Home and will end at West Warwick Town Hall. Also, the Friendly Sons of Saint Patrick post-parade party will be held at the Elks Lodge, 60 Clyde St., West Warwick, with plenty of corn beef sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers and fries to go around. Trophies will be awarded for parade categories and donations will be accepted at the door.

4.) Line Dancing

Where/When: Coventry-West Greenwich Elks Lodge (42 Nooseneck Hill Rd., West Greenwich); Sunday, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Why Go: Want to try something a little different this weekend? Then try your hand (or feet) at line dancing. All ages and abilities are welcome. For more info call Jerry (397-3700) or Lori (206-3618).

Pricing: $6 per person to benefit Elks and Emblems charities.
