Where/When: Greene Public Library; Fridays 10-10:30 a.m.

Why Go: The Greene Public Library hosts a Friday morning program each week beginning for 1 to 3-year-olds accompanied by a parent or caregiver. The activity features songs, movement and a story. Please call the library at 397-3873 to register.

2.Senior Center Christmas Bazaar

Where/When: Coventry Senior Center (50 Wood St.); Saturday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Why Go: The Coventry Senior Center will hold its Annual Christmas Bazaar this Saturday. Check out the goods for sale and participate in the Straw Draw game. Lunch will be available for purchase.

Pricing: Free admission

3.Blackrock Santa's Breakfast

Where/When: Blackrock Elementary School; Saturday,  8-11 a.m.

Why Go: Come out and join Santa for Blackrock's Annual Santa's Breakfast this Saturday in the school cafeteria. Enjoy pancakes, sausage and a drink, face painting, a toy raffle and Christmas crafts! Bring your camera for photos with Santa and receive a small gift, too!

Pricing: $5/adult, $4/child

4.CHS Santa's Workshop

Where/When: Coventry High School; Saturday, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Why Go: Stop by the CHS cafeteria this Saturday to take part in reindeer games with prizes, face painting, holiday crafts, story time and photos with Santa! (Bring your own camera, please.) Tickets will be sold to purchase pizza strips, cocoa, water and baked goods.

5.Club Jogues Elections

Where/When: Club Jogues (184 Boston St.); Sunday, 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Why Go: Regular and Life members of Club Jogues will be able to vote for Vice President and three seats on the Board of Trustees. Members will also be able to pay their 2013 dues at this time or before Jan. 1, 2013. The regular December meeting will follow at 2 p.m. Refreshments will be served.

6.Christmas Carol Festival

Where/When: Rice City Church (63 Vaughn Hollow Rd., Greene); Sunday, 3 p.m.

Why Go: Mount Vernon Baptist Church invites you to join them for an hour of singing your favorite Christmas Carols at Rice City Church! Refreshments will immediately follow the event.
