Golden Ridge Ribbon Cutting: associates invite the public to take part as the ribbon is cut on the newly constructed (1 Contentment Dr.) today at 10 a.m.

The will host its Ask-A-Lawyer program today at 11 a.m. to provide legal information that empowers older citizens by helping them understand their rights and responsibilities in determining their future.

Coventry PD May Safety Event: The  will host a free Child Seat Installation and Kids Workshop from 12-3 p.m. at ( Tiogue Ave.)

Library Drop-In Crafts: Children of all ages are welcome to drop-in at the Coventry Public Library on Thursday afternoons from 3-5 p.m. and make a craft to take home.

Card League: Stop by the Coventry-West Greenwich Elks Lodge (42 Nooseneck Hill Rd., West Greenwich) from 6-9 p.m. to try your hand at cards. The cost is $5 per week plus $1 for the raffle pot.
