Literacy Volunteer Tutor Training: Literacy Volunteers of Kent County has adult students waiting for a tutor to help them learn English as a second language or basic literacy. The next Tutor Training Session begins today. Volunteers must be over 18 and reside in Kent County.Call 822-9103 for more information.

Job Club RI Meeting: The Job Club RI, a free program designed to teach job search skills to the unemployed and the underemployed run by local volunteer Stephen Colella, will meet tonight from 6:30-8 p.m. as part of its fall session at the West Warwick Public Library.
