Greene Library's Tales for Tots: The Greene Public Library (179 Hopkins Hollow Rd., Greene), will host Tales for Tots today and each Wednesday from 10:30-11:15 a.m. The program is for 3 and 4-year olds and promotes early literacy through stories, rhymes, finger plays, songs and movement.

Community Blood Drive: The Rhode Island Blood Center Bloodmobile will be at (650 Centre of New England Blvd.) today from 4-8 p.m.

Town Council/School Committee Budget Meeting: The public is invited to join the Council and Committee this evening at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers at to discuss the fiscal 2012-13 school department budget.
