Wilbert L. Luetschwager, age 74, of Coventry, RI, Navy Pilot and Real Estate Appraiser

Wilbert L. Luetschwager, age 74, of Coventry, RI passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2014 after a lengthy hospitalization.

 Born February 23, 1939 in Wausau, Wisconsin to Wilbur and Arvilla. He is survived by his wife Joan, son Neil, grandson Ordell and granddaughter Samantha. He was predeceased by a son Kevin. He is also survived by his brother Richard, and two sisters, Janice and Marion.

 He attended the University of Wisconsin where he met his wife Joan. He was a Navy pilot and after active duty remained in the Naval Reserves until he retired as a Commander in 1991. Wil was a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, a Pam Am pilot and most recently founded his own Real Estate Appraisal business.

 Private funeral arrangements are being made by Gorton-Menard Funeral Home in Coventry, RI. A private family celebration of Wil's life will be planned for a future date.
