Gorton-Menard Funeral Home and Crematory Will Be Offering a Holiday Memorial Service for the Families We Have Served This Year

On November 30th, Gorton-Menard Funeral Home and Crematory will hold a memorial service for the families of those we have served during the past year. We would also like to extend an open invitation to anyone who has lost a loved one, including those who may have held their services at other funeral homes as well. The memorial service will be held in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI, on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 2:00 PM. We understand that holidays are especially difficult to those who have lost someone that they love. Reverend Robert Auld of Summit Baptist Church and Father Eddy Lopez of SS. John & Paul Church, ministers and friends to the surrounding community, will provide great words of comfort to the families in attendance. Light refreshments will be served following the ceremony where family members will be given an ornament with the name of their loved one. We will be mailing out invitations to the families that we have served during 2013. Only one invitation will be sent to each family, so please inform the rest of your family and friends about the service if they wish to attend. Gorton-Menard Funeral Home is the oldest funeral home in Coventry providing over 75 years of service to families of the Kent County area. We are deeply honored to help so many through such a difficult time in their lives. It is our wish that everyone will have a sense of peace and hope to make it through the coming year. For further information please contact us at 401-821-7306 or email us at info@gortonmenardfuneralhome.com if you are interested in attending this year’s program. We ask that you respond by November 16, 2013. May your new year be filled with memories and your memories used to keep the ones you love close. The Staff at Gorton-Menard Funeral Home and Crematory
