My name is Jessica Burnham and I'm a freshman at Gordon College in MA. I live in Coventry, so Ill be back there for the summer this year. Although being a youth ministry major, I'm really hoping to work with animals this summer. At 18, I've had animals at my house since before I was born. Mostly rabbits but also small animals like gerbils and guinea pigs, a bird at one point, and also a dog. Living in the woods, I am surrounded by animals and still always run around playing with the frogs, chipmunks, squirrels, birds and other animals on my property (I sound like Snow White... haha).
I love getting to play with and take care of almost any kind of animal. I enjoy being with them so much that quality of services will never be an issue. In fact, I may not want to leave when everything for the day is done! I am comfortable taking care of multiple animals, from cats and dogs, to hamsters and other small animals, possibly horses and farm animals and maybe even some reptiles. I would love to come meet you and you pet(s) before or upon being hired.
I will be available by May 18th, every day for the summer, until about mid August (not sure of exact date yet). I can provide pet sitting for just the day while you're away at work or overnight for multiple days if needed. Feeding, house sitting, light grooming and play time are all available as well. I also can offer in-home boarding at my home for a few days if needed - I live in the woods with a very big fenced in yard for dogs to run around in and trails around me to walk them on.
