CHS Music Department Hosts Holiday Concert Tonight (and 4 More Things)

    CHS Holiday Concert: At 6:30 p.m. this evening, the Coventry High School Music Department will present its annual Holiday Concert in the school auditorium. Guests will enjoy a mix of classic holiday selections and other pieces by Select Choir, Concert Chorus, Concert Band and Jazz Ensemble.

    Community Blood Drive: Today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the RI Blood Center Bloodmobile will be collecting donations at Dunkin Donuts, located at 2251 New London Turnpike. Be a hero and donate today!

    18+ Bingo: The Coventry Senior Center (50 Wood St.) will hold Bingo today and every Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. The cost is $4 plus Specials. All are welcome, but must be 18 years and older to play.

    Help a Local Family: Donations are still being collected to benefit 11-year-old Coventry resident Jacob Matarese, who has a variety of conditions that make life difficult. Jake and his family have partnered with 4 Paws for Ability in order to get him a service dog, but they need your help! Click here to learn more about Jacob and this great local cause.

    Conservation Commission: Tonight at 6 p.m., the Coventry Conservation Commission will meet in the office of Planning & Development (Town Hall Annex, 1675 Flat River Rd.).
