Zen Drawing at NEFA: Tonight from 7-8:30 p.m. New England Farm and Artist (NEFA), (1112 Main Street), is offering a introductory class on "Zen Drawing". Participants will learn the basics of finding focus and contentment through the art of drawing with a fine pen and paper. Fee is $20 per person which includes materials, instruction and a kit to take home to continue practicing. Help a Local Family: Donations are still being collected to benefit 11-year-old Coventry resident Jacob Matarese, who has a variety of conditions that make life difficult. Jake and his family have partnered with 4 Paws for Ability in order to get him a service dog, but they need your help! Click here to learn more about Jacob and this great local cause.

Dog Park Fundraising Help: Lisa Finneran, President of the newly-formed Coventry Dog Park Association, is looking for volunteers to help raise donations to go towards building the highly-anticipated dog park behind the Town Hall Annex on Flat River Road.
