DESCRIPTION:Groups are designed to teach your children valuable life skil
 ls\, such as making new friends\, practicing healthy boundaries\, resolv
 ing conflicts\, using good manners\, managing their anger\, and expressi
 ng their feelings. These skills will be taught and practiced in a safe a
 nd confidential group environment with their peers\, using games\, art\,
  role plays and another fun and effective therapeutic techniques. Childr
 en should be comfortable with reading and writing. We are also seeking t
 een mentors for this group\, 13 years and older. Mentors will not have t
 o use their health insurance or pay any fees or copays\, as their time w
 ill be volunteered. Enrollment is typically 6-8 children and sessions ar
 e held weekly for 50 minutes. Each group lasts 6 weeks\, however\, child
 ren have the option to repeat sessions if your family feels like they wo
 uld benefit from ongoing participation.Group therapy is often a covered 
 benefit of your health insurance\, with clients typically having to pay 
 their usual copayment. Please contact your insurer to find out what your
  benefits entail. The cost of group is $25 per week\, or your copayment.
  There is a $25 one-time materials fee\, due at the first group. Groups 
 will be held on Mondays at 6pm and begin on September 17\, 2012. Please
