DESCRIPTION:The seventh annual student-run Roving Eye International Film 
 Festival is being held on campus April 22- 26th&nbsp\;sponsored by&nbsp\
 ;FLICKERS:Rhode Island International Film Festival (RIIFF) and Roger Wil
 liams University (RWU). Screenings of more than 50 international films w
 ill take place on campus at Roger Williams University in Bristol\, RI. A
 dmittance is free but donations will be accepted for the Jeffery Coombs 
 Memorial Foundation\, which assists families who are in financial need b
 ecause of death\, illness or other situations that challenge the family

 International Film Festival&nbsp\;will cover hot topics in today&rsquo\;
 s media such as: returning veterans from the War on Terror. The films&nb
 sp\;Coming Home: The Human Face of War\,&nbsp\;Incident in New Baghdad\,
  and&nbsp\;Killing in the Name&nbsp\;all focus on veterans and the War o
 n Terror with panel discussions after the screenings.&nbsp\;\nThe same d
 ay as the veteran programming&nbsp\;78 Days&nbsp\;&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;Dying
  Green&nbsp\;will be screened in celebration of Earth day.&nbsp\;The Con
 cert&nbsp\; an&nbsp\;RWU HILLEL / SOFORENKO FOUNDATION FILM&nbsp\;will a
 lso play opening day. After the screening of these films an opening rece
 ption will be held as a kick-off for the Festival.&nbsp\;\nThe full prog
