Town Manager Thomas R. Hoover serves as the chief administrative officer of Coventry. He is responsible for the administration of all town affairs and day-to-day operations of town government as well as implementing policies. Coventry operates under a council-manager form of government. The Town Manager is hired by the Council to provide the leadership and skills necessary to run a large, taxpayer-supported local government.
