  youth circus\,  is scheduled to bring its 2012 Big Top Tour to Rhode Is
 land in July. The  Circus will stage four performances on July 15 and 16
  at the Washington  County Fairgrounds. The schedule is as follows:\nSun
 day\, July 15 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.&nbsp\;  Monday\, July 16 at 1 p.m. an
 d 6 p.m.\nTickets prices are $17 for kids and $19 for adults.&nbsp\; Tic
