 Foundation exercise program on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 10:30 - 
 11:30 a.m.\nThis program has been developed by physical therapists speci
 fically for people with arthritis. It is a low-impact\, joint- safe exer
 cise program has been documented to help decrease arthritis pain and sti
 ffness while increasing range of motion.\nThis class is offered as an ei
 ght week program for $40.&nbsp\; A $20 deposit is required at the time o
