Just an fyi for all those people who think that they can depend on New England Water heater to repair/replace their broken water heaters because they have a rental with a service contract. Please know that New England Water Heater can determine that they no longer want you as a customer and can leave you high and dry with no working water heater anytime they want to and state that this is based on their contact. My family has been without hot water for 4 days. We had valid contract including a service agreement and were customers for close to 30 years.
