Coventry Open Houses June 30th and July 1st With or Without Bears

Can you believe it is July 1st already? If you are hoping to get situated in a new home before the start of the school year now is the time to start. Starting now will give you plenty of time to get pre-approved, discuss the process and view many homes. Don't forget the mortgage process can take 30-60 days too.

Same goes for you Sellers. Now is the best time of year to list your home. Take advantage of the families wanting to move during summer break. Well I don't really mean take advantage of them so to speak. I mean take advantage of the opportunity to sell of course.
