Zoglio Attains Eagle Scout Rank
Richard Zoglio was recognized for his accomplishments on March 31.
On Mar. 31, Coventry-West Greenwich Elks' Esteemed Leading Knight, Phil Malouin presented Coventry resident Richard Clifton Zoglio III, of Troop One, Coventry, with a framed American Flag and the Benevolent Protection Order of Elks framed Eagle Scout Award in recognition of Richard attaining the Eagle Scout rank.
The ceremony was held at St. John and Paul Church and was sponsored by St. Vincent DePaul Church Shawomet District-Narragansett Council Boy Scouts of America.
Richard started Scouting in April of 2007 and has progressed through the ranks steadily since then. He has received 36 Merit Badges as well as Swimming and Life Guard Awards, Ad Altare Dei Award, J. Harold Williams Award and Pope Pius XII Award.
Richard is the son of Richard Zoglio, II and Laurie Zoglio of Coventry, RI
