Lets realy make a little more effort to get some of these dead beat people that dont even make an effort to recycle. I cant believe that this town hase had this in effect for about three years now and people like my neighbor has maybe recycled ten times in three years. This town should be ashamed of its self, cant someone make a little more effort???? Thank you B.G.

Maybe it's the way this reads but it appears more disturbing that you're counting your neighbors trash and cans than interested in something that effects the Town...
