State Police Reports and Legal Logs - July 2012 #2

A collection of various Coventry-related arrests and Grand Jury reports. The following information does not indicate a conviction.

 

Hope Valley Barracks

At 11:45 p.m. on July 14, troopers arrested Heather Macintosh,25, of 12 Maple St., Coventry, for 1.) Possession of Marijuana and 2.) Driving while in Possession of Controlled Substance (Marijuana). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Greenwich Ave. in the Town of West Warwick. Macintosh was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

At 2:20 a.m. on July 19, troopers arrested Kevin E. Hunter, 21, of 2 Clark Mill Rd., Coventry, for 1.) Driving with a Suspended License, 2.) Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense, 3.) Resisting Arrest. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Providence Street in the Town of West Warwick. Hunter was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

At 8:25 a.m. on July 23, troopers arrested Carolyn Ferreira, 47, of 14 Park Ln., Coventry, for two Superior Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear for a Violation of Restitution Hearing on an original charge of Welfare Fraud originating out of the Attorney General's Office. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and troopers subsequently checking the subject's address. Ferreira was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute's Women's Intake Center.

At 10:35 p.m. on July 25, troopers arrested Raymond Greene, Jr., 19, of 6 Coventry Shoppers Park, Coventry for Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of troopers responding to 75 West Shore Drive, Exeter after the homeowner reported an incident and a subsequent investigation was conducted. Greene was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Fourth District Court.
