RIDOT Tiogue Avenue Update: September

From September 23‐29, 2012 the following operations will be in effect:

 

 

  • RIDOT anticipates that the contractor will work a few days to finish some minor electrical work along Tiogue Avenue pulling wire through the conduit under the sidewalk areas and one day to hyroseed random areas behind the new sidewalks.
  • Actual days of work during the update period will vary, Monday through Friday.

Looking Ahead

  • Project deemed substantially complete and a final interdepartmental site review will be arranged to determine minor corrections of work that the contractor will be required to perform.

There are 2 things wrong with the changes on Tiogue Ave. the first is the light at Hopkins Hill road the left arrow no allows only 2 and a half cars to turn then changes to red and you sit there with no traffic coming, the other is the turning lane no one in Rhode Island know how to use them
