Most of those firemen would not have been there to save thier lifes as they did if this accident occured after friday thanks to the tax payers of ccfd. Thats right they dont care about thrm because thry will never need their help. So screw them... Is there a serious problem? YES... But to solve it you cant just stop it. Fix it while it moves. Someday we all will need them. :(

Ralph, But it didnt happen next week it happened yesterday and the firemen left their post on company time, traveled to tiogue station for a union meeting while on the clock in the company truck. They should not have left their area. Again they put self service berfore public service.

Ccfd had no part in responding this accident, they were partaking in an "emergency" union medting at the other end of town.

:( there is no right or wrong answers to the salution. Its unchartered waters. There will be help that responds but from what distance. Time is everything in an emergency. Just hope the public in need doesent suffer. Good luck to all.

She ALWAYS has her kids properly buckled an does nothing but provide the best care a mother can. Everyone who has posted an 'opinion' about texting or not being buckled in properly should be ashamed. There all in the hopital and the youngest has a broken neck and is not doing well. So sad to sign on to this and c what some people had the nerve to write. How about instead of being negative y dont u pray they all make it!!!!!! Imagine if that was your baby, nephew, grandson in critical condition with a broken neck!!!!

I'm reading all these comment, and I am shocked on what is being said, at the end of the day this is a family who is going through something horrible,if you know her like I do you would know she is a great mother, she alwys has her kids in seat belts and her self, all of you should be ashamed.

My prayers are with this family. Two young men came up to my home on plainfield pike and asked us to call for help for this family. There is little cell service out here in Greene so I am hoping our call for help got there in time. Sending positive energy and prayers their way.

Over the last couple of days I have been trying to find out how the little Ashton was making out. This has consumed my thoughts from the moments that they took him away in the ambulance till now. When I arrived at the accident site, I saw your son and started giving him CPR being extra careful because of possible neck injuries. I am deeply saddened by his struggles and your families pain but hoping for the best every moment.
