Are you satisfied or frustrated with how the town handled the worst storm in decades? Let us know by posting a comment below.

Now that the snow has fallen, and started to melt, it’s your time to rate how the Coventry's plows handled the 2 feet-plus of snow that fell Friday and Saturday.

Feel free to give praise or thanks, express frustrations or offer up constructive criticism in the comments below, and keep in mind, the blizzard was the 5th largest snowstorm in New England history.

Here's an email comment from Ann Marie Krzan:

"I just would like to thank our town workers who plowed and helped get us all out of this winter storm. They did a great job."

they definitely have done a great job here in Coventry! West Warwick's roads are horrendous and I have friends in North Providence that finally got plowed out today for the first time.

Great job here in Coventry by all the town workers for getting and keeping the roads clear. Also a great job to the citizens for staying put and out of the way so that the town could in fact get their jobs done. Communications across Facebook and Coventry Patch made a significant difference. We are, after all, one big team. GO TEAM!!

I think the town of Coventry did a wonderful job considering the significant snow fall. Friends in North Providence and South Kingstown didn't get plowed out until Sunday night. Took a ride to my parents in Cranston on Saturday and their area was terrible. Our neighborhood (Hillside off Fairview) was cleaned up Saturday morning. Went back to my parents today and their roads are still a mess. Great job to Coventry Public Works!

Thank You Coventry DPW you've done a great job!!! Also a big thank you to RI Dot for replowing Rt 116 and making sure the kids walking to school have plenty of room to walk.... You all have worked long, tedious hours and deserve some well time off !!! Let's hope this is the last of the storms for this year..Thank you all again :)

Thank you to the Coventry DPW! Our road was clear much of the time and passible on both sides. We are very lucky to have a town who cares about their citizens. Thank heavens we do not live in WW were the only part of town they were concerned about was artic. All the roads we traveled yesterday afternoon going through WW (after 3pm) were horrible, but the one that was the scariest to be on was Wakefield St. where it looked like it had not been touched since 1pm on Friday.

Good job plowing....we know no one at DPW. Only problem is that they hit our mailbox, which is a first, seeing as we are on a curve and they usually plow way into the street. At least this time we didn't have to snowblow half the street in front of our house to get access to the mailbox.

Fantastic job !!! And I am NOT a family member or friend of a DPW ! You should go out there and work 24-48 hours without sleep...then you can complain.

Only had one pass on my road, which was Friday night. Saturday a truck came by and put sand down on top of 6-8 inches of snow still in the road. Afraid when things freeze up tonight, it will be a mess. The rain has washed a lot away but areas still have 6 inches of snow. The drains are blocked, and no place for the water to go. Dead end street and most areas we only have enough room for one car. Twin Lakes Avenue.

great job, my side road used to be always last on the list, lately it has been very good! I think they did a great job with this storm. I was shocked to hear schools were cancelled today as I found the roads to be passable. I suppose they needed more time for parkuing lots.

Excellent job. On Saturday by 4PM when vehicular travel for non-essential vehicles was allowed I took a tour and the only street that seemed to be a bit rough was the lower part of Hopkins Hill Rd. My neighborhood streets were never impassable during the entire storm in the event an emergency vehicle would be needed. (and no I'm not related to any town workers and I've lived in Coventry 30 year..one of the best jobs ever!).

I've lived in Coventry since 1964 and have always been satisfied with Coventry plows. They always go back and forth numerous times during the night and daytimes. I think they do a great job compared to other towns.
