1.) Community Blood Drive
Where/When: Coventry Credit Union ; Friday, 2-5 p.m.
Why Go: Be a hero and donate blood today at the Bloodmobile that will be stopping at Coventry Credit Union (1076 Main St.)

Where/When: Paine Field ; Friday, 10 a.m.
Why Go: Join Patrick LaSalle (30+ yrs. teaching experience), U.S. Professional Tennis Association Instructor and Coventry Parks & Recreation tennis instructor for a basic skills clinic. The co-ed clinic is for adults who want to have a good time and enjoy playing tennis on a recreational level.
Where/When: Olde Theater Diner; Saturday, 12 p.m.
Why Go: Help Kylie in her fight against Leukemia! For $20 per adult or $10 per child 10 and under, enjoy food, fun, raffles and live music featuring James Gadoury with special guests! Where/When: Paine Field ; Sunday, 6 p.m.
Why Go: The Coventry Parks & Recreation Department invites all to attend tis Summer Sunday Night Free Concert Series at Paine Field. This week's performance will feature "Dick & Dave Rockin' Oldies". In the event of rain, the concert will be held inside of the Community Center. Blankets and lawn chairs are recommended.
5.) Line Dancing
Where/When: Coventry-West Greenwich Elks Lodge ; Sunday, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Why Go: Want to try something a little different this weekend? Then try your hand (or feet) at line dancing. All ages and abilities are welcome. For more info call Jerry (397-3700) or Lori (206-3618).
