Five Things You Need To Know Today, June 26

Today is Tuesday, June 26. Here are five things you need to know:

 

 

Comic Artist Eric Fulford: The Coventry Public Library is hosting a performance by comic artist Eric Fulford today at 2 p.m. for children ages 5-12. Participants will help draw and tell the story of a brand new comic book hero. Call 822-9102 for space availability.

Underclothing Drive: From now until July 13, Centreville Bank will be collecting donations of underclothing in all sizes for children ages 6 and under at all branch locations. All donations will benefit the RI non-profit Project Undercover and help clothe RI children in need. Needed items include t-shirts, socks, underwear (boys and girls), diapers and wipes.

Greene Famers' Market: The Greene Public Library Farmers' Market (179 Hopkins Hollow Rd., Greene), is open today from 4-7 p.m. There will be fresh bread, pies, herbs, veggies, original art, natural cosmetics and more. Rain or shine!

School Committee Meeting: Join the School Committee tonight at 7 p.m. at the School Administration Office (1675 Flat River Rd.) to learn what is happening within the school district. To view tonight's agenda see the attached PDF or click here.
