Upcoming Event: Members of U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse's staff will be at the Coventry Community Center on June 12 from 5-7 p.m. for a Coventry Community Outreach Day. Residents are invited to learn more about how the office can assist them with federal agencies, answer questions and share ideas.

Relay for Life Success: Coventry's 5th Annual Relay for Life held on June 8-9 featured more than 270 participants and raised upwards of $70,000 for the American Cancer Society! Way to go, Relayers!

Hope Library Summer Registration: Hope Library (374 North Rd., Hope), beings registration for its Summer Reading Program, "Dream Big - Read" today. Children are invited to come to the library to register and pick up reading game materials. Call 821-7910 for more information.

Remember: Make time to attend tomorrow night's (June 12) Financial Town Meeting at 7 p.m. in the Coventry High School auditorium. Residents will vote on the fiscal 2012-2013 budget that has been heavily discussed over the past several months.
