Coventry PD January Safety Event: The Coventry Police Department will host a free Child Seat Installation and Kids Workshop from 12-3 p.m. at Dunkin Donuts (800 Tiogue Ave.)

Card League: Stop by the Coventry-West Greenwich Elks Lodge (42 Nooseneck Hill Rd., West Greenwich) from 6-9 p.m. to try your hand at cards. The cost is $5 per week plus $1 for the raffle pot. Pawtuxet Valley Community Chorus Rehearsals: The Community Chorus will resume rehearsals for the 2012 Spring Concert this evening at 7 p.m. at West Warwick High School (1 Webster Knight Dr., West Warwick). Registration is at 6:15 p.m. and practices are held each Thursday. New members are welcome. Email pvchorus@gmail.com or visit www.pvchorus.com for more information.

Washington Oak PTA Meeting: The school will hold a PTA meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the library. PTA membership is $6.00 per person or $10.00 per family. Click here for a copy of the group's meetings for the year and tentative events.

Krazy Karaoke: Grab your friends for a bite to eat and the opportunity to show off your best rockstar impression at Indigo Pizza and Lounge from 8 p.m. - midnight.
