Five Things You Need To Know Today, December 3

Today is Monday, Dec. 3. Here are five things you need to know:

 

 

Community Blood Drive: Be a hero a donate blood today! The Rhode Island Blood Center will be holding a drive today at Maple Root Baptist Church's Fellowship Hall (150 Harkney Hill Rd.), from 5-8 p.m. 

Adopt-A-Family: Would you like to make someone's holiday a little brighter? 'Tis the Season assists Coventry and West Greenwich families who need a little help. You, your family, business or organization might consider the "Adopt A Family" program. Call 822-9175 for more information.

CHS Financial Aid Night: Coventry High School will be holding its Financial Aid Night this evening from 6:30-7:30 p.m. A speaker from The College Planning Center of RI will present information about the FAFSA and other financial planning tips.

Elementary School Holiday Concert: Students from Coventry elementary schools will present their Holiday Concert tonight at 7 p.m. in the Coventry High School auditorium.

HHFD Board Meeting: The Hopkins Hill Fire District will hold its monthly Executive Directors meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at the station (1 Bestwick Trl.). Click here or see the attached PDF file for the meeting agenda.

Bonus - Plan Ahead: Don't forget that the Annual Coventry Christmas Tree Lighting will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 5 at 5:45 p.m. at the Coventry Community Center!

There are students from multiple Elementary schools performing at tonight's Christmas concert at the High School, not just Blackrock. Please correct.
