Coventry PD December Safety Event: The Coventry Police Department will host a free Child Seat Installation and Kids Workshop from 12-3 p.m. at Dunkin Donuts (800 Tiogue Ave.)
Card League: Stop by the Coventry-West Greenwich Elks Lodge (42 Nooseneck Hill Rd., West Greenwich) from 6-9 p.m. to try your hand at cards. The cost is $5 per week plus $1 for the raffle pot. The Polar Express at Greene Library: Greene Library will host a special pajama storytime today at 6 p.m. featuring the award-winning story, The Polar Express by Chris Van Allberg. There will also be hot cocoa and singing carols. Call 397-3873 for availability information.
Senior Center Bereavement Group: A new group has begun at the Senior Center, (50 Wood St.), for those who have lost a loved one. The group will meet tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the activity room with Gary Babcock, preacher at the Church of Christ in Coventry. All are welcome.
The Bereavement Group will meet the first and third Thursdays of every month. For more information, call the Senior Center at 401-822-9175.
Karaoke: Grab your friends for a bite to eat and the opportunity to show off your best rockstar impression at Indigo Pizza and Lounge from 8 p.m. - midnight.
