Five Things You Need To Know Today, August 3

Today is Wednesday, August 3. Here are five things you need to know:

 

Tennis Lessons: The Coventry Parks and Recreation Department is holding tennis lessons today at the Phillips Hill Rd. courts for children in grades 4 & 5 at Central Coventry Park. Session I begins at 8 a.m. and Session II begins at 9:30 a.m. 

Registration is required. The fee is $10.00 per person. Please call Parks and Rec at 401-822-9107 for more information.

Coffee at Greene Library: Stop by Greene Library (179 Hopkins Hollow Rd.) 9-11:30 a.m. today and every Wednesday morning throughout the summer. Come in and enjoy some while you catch up on your reading or browse for a new book.

Senior Center Farmers Market: Stop by the Senior Center between 10 a.m. and noon to purchase fresh fruits, veggies and other local goodies.

Coventry Library Story Time - Ages 3-8: The morning story time for place today at 10 a.m. at the Coventry Public Library. Registration for this program is required so please call 822-9100 for availability information.

Crowebar Karaoke: Stop by Scott's Crowebar and Tavern to show off your skills in their Full Contact Karaoke. The bar will also be offering $2 domestic bottles.
