Parks and Recreation Walking Club: The Walking Club meets at 9 a.m. (Weekly at various locations. You will recieve the complete itinerary upon registering.) Bottled water and healthy snack are included each week.
Senior Center Bake Sale: The Coventry Senior Center (50 Wood St.) will be hosting the Tops Bake Sale from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Proceeds will fund Department of Human Services trips.
Literacy Volunteers Training Program: Make a difference in someone’s life by giving the gift of literacy. By giving just a few hours per week, you can help develop a stronger community while helping your neighbors improve their skills. Literacy Volunteers of Kent County is offering training sessions at 195 Macarthur Blvd (Coventry Human Services Building) from 6-9 p.m. Call 822-9103 for more information.
Kids Eat Free at Venus Pizza: With every adult meal purchase, each child 12 and under will receive their choice of spaghetti with meatballs, small cheese pizza, chicken nuggets or small grinder. Dine in only.
Crowebar Karaoke: Stop by Scott's Crowebar and Tavern to show off your skills in their Full Contact Karaoke. The bar will also be offering $2 domestic bottles.
