HUGHES, SHERIE A., 45, of Wesleyan Ave., died April 4, 2012. She was the beloved wife of Howard "Mike" Hughes.
Born in Cranston, she was a daughter of George A. (Diane) Warner and the late Adelaide (Langevin) Warner-Paul and her husband Anthony. Beloved mother of Nicole A. Warner and grandmother of Alexia; sister of George (Kathy) Warner; daughter in law of Carolyn Hughes; sister in law of Michele (Mark) Maimone; aunt of Melissa, Joelle, Sasha and Kristina; great aunt of Aliyah and Sebastian.
Sherie was a bartender at Nicky's Lounge and previously at South County Tavern in Exeter. She also worked at Tantasia in West Warwick.
Her Funeral will be Tuesday at 8:00 am from the R. A. IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., (Rte.117), Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 am in SS John & Paul Church. Interment will be private. Visiting hours Monday 4 - 7 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Alexia's scholarship fund will be appreciated.

Why haven't the Police released the cause of death? Always put a story out there but never conclude the story

The police have not received the final coroner's report last I was told, but have said that there was no foul play or suspicion of another party involved.

i really am sorry for sherie's loss ... i have had the fortune of coming out of christian school with michelle to having the power & fame of the people that were looked up to at coventry high to look up to... maybe nicky remembers me ...there is photos of michelle & me spiking her red hair up & going to the midland mall....i am praying for the whole hughes/warner family
