MATTESON, LAURA T. (FRAZAO), 83, of Coventry, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Riverview Healthcare Community.

Born in West Warwick, a daughter of the late Manuel B. and Urselina B. (Motta) Frazao. She resided in West Warwick before moving to Coventry 15 years ago. Laura was a meat wrapper at Stop & Shop for 30 years before retiring in 1997.

She is survived by a son, Raymond J. Matteson and his wife Karen of Coventry. She was the sister of the late Jill "Joe" Fraza. Her funeral service and interment will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
