Making the Holidays Brighter for Families In Need

In the spirit of the holiday season and continuing with their dedication to the community, BankRI this week donated 25 Thanksgiving Meal bags to the Coventry Community Food Bank for distribution to families in need.

Each bag contained a $30 turkey gift card, fresh fruits and vegetables, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, canned pumpkin, rolls, and an assortment of additional foods to help families prepare a complete Thanksgiving meal with all of the fixings. Later this year, BankRI will open a new full-service branch at 3 Shoppers Park Plaza on Route 117.
